Knowledge Transfer

At Benchmark, we pride ourselves on the knowledge and specific skill-set our negotiators have perfected over the course of their careers. While this expertise and insight is truly one-of-a-kind, it is our goal to ensure we provide our client partners with a greater understanding inside the art of telecom and cloud negotiations. During the course of our engagement we will help our partners understand the appropriate leverages to initiate a negotiation, what data set a carrier/provider must be equipped with to ensure accurate pricing and efficient timelines, and many other additional insights to help the day-to-day relationship moving forward. We do not view this Knowledge Transfer as a threat to future business, as we know our market specific data and professionalism will ensure long a beneficial client-partnerships.
